Structure and Technical Specifications
FLEXPACK Cover Pack CL 4 is made of multiple high-performance material layers, including 12 µm PET, 8.5 µm aluminum, 12 µm OPA, and 100 µm white polyethylene, for a total thickness of 141.5 µm and a total weight of 155.3 g/m². This multilayer structure ensures excellent barrier properties: water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) below 0.1 g/m²/24h and oxygen transmission rate (OTR) below 0.1 cm³/m²/24h, providing maximum protection of the contents from moisture and oxygen.
The film also offers high sealing strength (≥65 N/15 mm), interlayer adhesion above 4 N/15 mm, and puncture resistance ≥15 N/15 mm. Thermal stability ranges from -50°C to +80°C, with a dynamic friction coefficient of 0.3, ensuring optimal performance even in critical environmental conditions.
